		<description>Not my choices but are desired by the Upper School to show that students are capable of handling the curriculum from a technology point of view.

I am not sure how using a specific brand of software makes sure our students are ready to use technology when they get to the US. Are we going to test their ability to use Bic pens as well?</description>

		<description>I saw Dr. Milt Dougherty present his views on leadership and educational technology at an event sponsored by Apple last year. Milt is a former superintendent that has worked with many schools on 1:1 laptop programs. He is one of those rare guys that &quot;gets it&quot; and has credibility with principals and superintendents.
